Luke 1. Birth of John

Luke 1:15 NIV
for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born.

This is what the angel spoken to Zacharas about the birth of John the Baptist. One specific thing is the baby will be filled by Holy Spirit even before he is born. When Mary visited Elizabeth,  this has been fulfilled.

When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.

Luke 1:44 NIV
As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.
