Luke 18. How to pray

Luke 18:11, 13 NIV
The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.
“But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

Pharisee is boasting himself while tax collector humbling himself.

Luke 18:14 NIV
“I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

Jesus like to use this.

What exalt themselves will be humbled. Who humble themselves will be exalted.

The first will be last. The last will be first.

I added - the rich will be poor abs the poor will be rich.

Who give up his life will have eternal life. Who have life here will be in hell.

Big house here will get small house small house here will get big mansion.
